“Milano Calibro 9”, inspired by a short story by Giorgio Scerbanenco (where the Fernando Di Leo movie was taken too, that Quentin Tarantino considers one of the greatest noir movies of all times), is a fast and pressing cinematic funk track, that really seems taken from the soubdtrack of the movie by the same name, while “No Problem” is a soul-jazz ballad (played live) with a super cool arrangement of Rhodes piano by Don Freeman.

Besides the original versions, the single contains the remixes by Madrid De Los Austrias (“Milano Calibro 9”) and 7 Samurai (“No Problem”). MDLA expand and explode the funk appeal in an old school electro production with house and breakbeat veers and create a smash for the dancefloor, while 7 Samurai turn the soul ballad into a dancing jazz song with electronic dashes.
